Not me forgetting you can have Toblerones outside the airport This chocolate Weetabix bowl is basically dessert pretending to be breakfast, with a soft chocolate-protein Weetabix base, creamy Greek yogurt, almond butter, and a crisp dark chocolate almond shell on top. It’s ridiculously easy, takes about 5 minutes to prep, and tastes like something that absolutely should not be this healthy.
For a little extra freshness and fiber, I love serving it with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or banana. You can also adjust the milk depending on how soft you like your Weetabix—less milk gives you a firmer base, while a little more makes it softer and creamier. Make it the night before, let the chocolate shell set in the fridge, and you’ve got a high-protein chocolate breakfast waiting for you in the morning. Honestly, why did it take me this long to make it?
