These easy taco bowls turn soft flour tortillas into crispy edible bowls filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese and your favorite taco toppings. They're a simple, customizable weeknight dinner that's fun for the whole family.
Place the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt and black pepper and cook until browned and no longer pink.
Add the taco seasoning and water. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes, until the seasoning is evenly distributed and the liquid has reduced.
Shape each flour tortilla into a bowl using oven-safe bowls or tortilla bowl molds.
Bake the tortilla bowls for about 5–7 minutes, or until they begin to crisp and hold their shape.
